Role: Volunteer Builder
Eden Building Plot is a multi-year live project project managed by ASF-UK experimenting with hyper-local supply chains and design with waste. Partnering with REFUNC the project undertook to extend the built footprint on the site by constructing a workshop space and shelter.
Key materials included car tyres (roofing), railway sleepers (foundations), and reclaimed hardwood timbers.
The project was conducted on a negligible budget with a high percentage of volunteer labour
